# Social Media Manager | Remote

**Crossing Hurdles** · EMEA (Remote)

**Position:** Content Creator

**Type:** Hourly contract

**Location:** Remote

**Commitment:** 10-40 hours/week

**Role Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with brand and project goals.
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms including blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and AI initiatives.
- Research industry trends and topics to produce relevant and insightful content.
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Optimize content for engagement, readability, and performance across platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**
- Strong experience in content creation across multiple formats and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt tone and style based on audience and platform requirements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of content projects.
