# Social Media Manager / Social Media Strategist

*About the Role*

Be Loud is a growing marketing agency based in Marbella, Spain, working with businesses across Europe and North America. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Social Media Strategist to join our team on a long term basis.

This is not simply a posting or community management role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of social media strategy, understand each client’s business objectives, develop strong content concepts and continuously identify opportunities for organic growth.

You will initially work with 2 to 3 client accounts, with a strong initial focus on real estate. As we grow, there will be an opportunity to take on additional accounts and potentially transition into a full time role.

We already have videographers, video editors and designers in our team, so you will not be responsible for filming or editing.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop social media strategies based on each client’s business goals
* Research the client, target audience, competitors and relevant market trends
* Create monthly content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn where relevant
* Develop creative concepts, hooks and scripts for Reels, TikTok and other short form video content
* Research trends, references and new content opportunities
* Prepare clear briefs and references for videographers, editors and designers
* Coordinate content production and shoot preparation with the creative team
* Review final content and provide clear feedback before publication
* Maintain consistency with each client’s brand and strategy
* Track reach, views, engagement, saves, follower growth, profile actions and leads
* Analyze performance and continuously adjust the content strategy
* Proactively suggest new ideas, formats and growth opportunities

*What We’re Looking For*

* 2+ years of experience in social media management or strategy
* Experience managing social media for brands or agency clients
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short form content
* Strong short form video scripting and copywriting skills
* Ability to build strategy around business objectives rather than templates
* Good understanding of organic growth, engagement and audience retention
* Experience coordinating with videographers, editors and designers
* Ability to analyze social media performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
* Organized and comfortable managing several client accounts simultaneously
* Proactive, creative and able to take ownership of your accounts

Experience in *real estate*, agency environments, European or North American markets, and ClickUp is a plus.
