# Performance Marketer

YOUR ROLE

You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.




WHAT TO EXPECT

 - Launch and scale everything that isn't running yet - new channels like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond

 - Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset

 - Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more

 - Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages

 - Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact

 - Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers




WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ

 - You have experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it

 - Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture

 - Strong English skills, as English is our company language

 - German skills are a big plus




WHAT WE OFFER

 - Competitive Salary: €65.000-€130.000
