This role is responsible for sourcing new creators, building strong partner relationships, and supporting high-performing collaborations that drive content output and affiliate growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in creator outreach, follow-up, and campaign coordination. This role also supports day-to-day creator communication through Discord and other channels, while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to execute creator campaigns and drive performance. *Key Responsibilities* * Proactively identify and recruit new creators and affiliates to expand the partnership pipeline and unlock new growth opportunities * Build and maintain long-term affiliate and creator partnerships that align with our brand; source, vet, onboard, and nurture creators with a strong focus on TikTok growth * Co-develop authentic, high-converting content with creators across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; guide content direction, product messaging, and platform best practices * Support relationships with top-performing and high-potential creators to improve content quality, consistency, and affiliate performance * Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, briefs, seeding, timelines, asset coordination, follow-up, and compliance tracking * Launch and coordinate online activations such as giveaways, livestreams, creator campaigns, and product seeding initiatives to drive engagement and GMV * Monitor performance metrics such as GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV, and other campaign KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights and next steps * Support the Discord affiliate community by responding to creator questions, maintaining active communication, and helping foster a positive and engaging partner experience * Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including TikTok, Shopify, content, and marketing, to support creator campaigns and affiliate growth * Stay current on platform trends, influencer marketing best practices, TikTok culture, and broader social commerce developments * Assist with PR events, brand activations, and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and creator engagement *Required skills and qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce, with hands-on experience in TikTok creator outreach, affiliate recruitment, or creator relationship management * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain positive creator partnerships, and manage outreach and follow-up effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators, conversations, deliverables, and timelines with consistent follow-through * Solid understanding of TikTok trends, creator collaborations, ecommerce-driven social content, and performance-oriented creator campaigns * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for creator tracking, campaign coordination, and basic performance reporting, along with comfort using Discord, email, and direct messaging to support creator communication * Proactive and outgoing, with strong follow-through, adaptability, and persistence in creator outreach and partnership management *Preferred skills and qualifications* * Experience with TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, affiliate platforms, or other influencer and affiliate marketing tools * Familiarity with short-form content creation, including scripting, storytelling, content feedback, and basic editing, or strong asset quality review * Experience supporting giveaways, livestreams, creator campaigns, product seeding, PR events, or other affiliate and influencer activations * Experience managing a meaningful number of creators or affiliates and supporting partnership performance at scale * Strong ecommerce mindset, including familiarity with metrics such as GMV, CTR, CVR, and AOV, and an Hands-on creator experience is strongly preferred, especially if you have produced high-performing or sales-driven short-form content; familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Shopify * Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person [Apply →](https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=4caaa81affa2465f) --- Canonical: https://www.growthtalent.org/emplois/partnerships/bulksupplements-com/creator-partnerships-affiliate-marketing-specialist-bulksupplements-com
