# PART-TIME Senior Email & SMS Marketing Specialist (E-commerce Focus)

We’re looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who understands how to turn lifecycle automation into measurable revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strategic flows, improving segmentation, testing new ideas, and optimizing conversion, engagement, and retention.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Build and optimize advanced lifecycle email flows, including:
* Welcome Series
* Abandoned Cart
* Browse Abandonment
* Post-Purchase
* Winback
* Engagement and Sunset Flows
* Develop segmentation and list-management strategies
* Write conversion-focused email copy with strong CTAs and structure
* Create promotional, educational, and retention campaigns
* Set up and manage SMS flows and campaigns
* Conduct QA, A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization
* Track revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention KPIs
* Continuously improve campaign and flow performance
* Maintain basic compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and email-marketing best practices

*Requirements*

* 3+ years of email marketing experience
* Proven experience building lifecycle flows from scratch
* Strong e-commerce and retention-marketing experience
* Experience with email automation, segmentation, testing, and reporting
* Strong copywriting and conversion-strategy skills
* Strategic, data-driven, organized, and able to work independently
* SMS marketing experience is strongly preferred
