*Technical & Functional Skills:*

Experience using *CRM or pipeline management tools* (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage outreach and track performance.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret *performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, earnings per creator)*

Familiarity with key creator platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront)

Ability to leverage data and tools to *identify high-potential creators and prioritize outreach*

Experience cross-functionally with *marketing, product, and analytics teams* to drive outcomes

*Requirements:*

8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce

Proven *sales and business development instincts*, with closing partnerships and driving pipeline

Experience recruiting and partnering with *commerce-driven creators*

Strong *affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models*

Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups

Ability to *build and manage a pipeline*, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
