**Title: **VP, Growth & Performance Marketing

**Location: **Denver, CO

**Duration: **Full Time - Direct Hire

**Compensation Range (pending experience): **$225k - $275k base salary + bonus

**About the Role: **

Our client in the travel arrangements space is looking for an experienced VP of Growth & Performance to own a performance budget, scale LTV/retention, and unlock growth through paid, creators, and affiliates across multiple consumer brands.

**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years in senior/leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong financial fluency
