# Growth & Marketing Operations Manager

**TAC&RH** · Playa del Carmen Centro, QRoo.

We are seeking a highly experienced *Growth & Marketing Operations Manager* who can own and optimize the company's entire lead generation and marketing operations ecosystem.

This individual will be responsible for building, managing, and improving the systems, processes, and technologies that drive lead acquisition, conversion, automation, reporting, and overall revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is not simply a marketing coordinator, campaign manager, or virtual assistant. We are looking for a strategic operator with hands-on execution experience across paid advertising, CRM systems, funnel optimization, marketing automation, analytics, and growth infrastructure.

The successful candidate should be capable of identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, creating scalable systems, and driving measurable business outcomes with minimal oversight.

*Core Responsibilities*

* Google Ads & Meta Ads management
* Lead generation and customer acquisition
* Landing page and funnel development
* CRM management and pipeline optimization
* Marketing automation and workflow creation
* Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
* Analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
* Dashboard creation and KPI tracking

*Required Experience*

* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* GoHighLevel
* CRM Management
* Landing Pages & Funnel Building
* Marketing Automation
* Lead Generation
* Conversion Optimization
* Reporting & Analytics

* Zapier Make.com
* HubSpot
* GA4
* Google Tag Manager
* Looker Studio
* WordPress and/or Webflow
* Conversion Tracking Implementation
