# Digital Marketing Specialist

NYPOS Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our internal digital team. We're looking for someone who understands how to turn Google Ads, Social media, SEO, great content, and data into qualified leads and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building campaigns, analyzing performance, testing new ideas, and finding better ways to generate results.

*What You'll Do:*

* Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
* Develop and execute SEO strategies
* Perform keyword, competitor, and market research
* Write compelling ad copy and landing-page content
* Monitor budgets, conversions, CPL, and ROI
* Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to analyze performance
* Improve landing pages and conversion rates
* Track and report campaign results
* Manage multiple campaigns and projects
* Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency
* Collaborate with our U.S. based sales and leadership teams

*What We're Looking For:*

* 4+ years of digital marketing experience
* Strong professional English and Spanish
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
* Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
* Experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
* Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Comfortable using AI-powered marketing tools
* WordPress and HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
* B2B, fintech, payments, POS, agency, or lead-generation experience is a plus
