You will support the management of influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of French and international brands. Your responsibilities will include influencer research and strategy, campaign management, analysis and client relationship, and influencer team development. You ideally have a first experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, agency work, brand partnerships or creator campaign management. We are looking for a **Junior Influencer Marketing Consultant** to join our fast-growing Influencer Marketing team. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support the management of influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of French and international brands. From creator sourcing to performance analysis, you will be involved in every key step of a campaign: sourcing, casting, outreach, negotiation, operational coordination, content follow-up, reporting and optimization recommendations. Joining our teams means becoming part of a stimulating environment where everyone can quickly grow, develop their skills and have a tangible impact on projects. ### Your missions **1/ Influencer research & strategy** - Identify the most relevant content creators according to each campaign’s objectives. - Build creator casting recommendations tailored to each brand, market and target audience. - Analyze creator profiles: editorial line, audience, engagement rate, content quality, brand fit, previous collaborations and conversion potential. - Identify relevant creators for affiliate marketing activations, especially on **ShopMy** and **TikTok Shop**. - Monitor social media trends, the Creator Economy, social commerce, creator affiliate marketing and competitor activations. - Contribute to strategic thinking around influencer campaigns, affiliate activations, TikTok Shop, ShopMy and paid amplification. **2/ Campaign management** - Reach out to content creators and their agents. - Support collaboration negotiations: fees, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting, timelines, commissions and affiliate mechanics. - Ensure the operational follow-up of influencer campaigns. - Coordinate the different stages of each project until publication. - Follow creator briefs and make sure campaign expectations are clearly understood. - Support the setup of **ShopMy** and **TikTok Shop** activations: creator selection, product follow-up, affiliate links, promo codes, commissions and related publications. - Review content before it goes live. - Track publications, follow-ups and deadlines. - Support administrative follow-up: contracts, invoicing, product orders, promo codes, tracking links, platform access and tracking elements. **3/ Analysis & client relationship** - Join client meetings when relevant. - Prepare presentations, recommendations, creator castings and reporting documents. - Produce campaign wrap-up reports. - Track key performance indicators: reach, impressions, views, engagements, engagement rate, CPM, CPE, clicks, conversions, generated sales or affiliate revenue depending on the campaign. - Analyze the performance of **ShopMy** and **TikTok Shop** activations: clicks, sales, GMV, conversion rate, top creators, top-performing content and best-selling products. - Identify insights and optimization opportunities. - Contribute to the quality of client-facing deliverables. **4/ Influencer team development** - Conduct sector benchmarks. - Identify new talents, agents and partners. - Enrich creator databases, especially with profiles showing strong potential for affiliate marketing, social commerce, TikTok Shop and ShopMy. - Support pitches and commercial recommendations. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, templates and tracking tools. - Help structure the team’s creator affiliate marketing and social commerce offering. ### About Primelis Consulting en performance digitale et développement de logiciels.
