The Challenge
Natixis, a 13,600-person financial services giant, is transforming how enterprise clients engage with digital banking. You'll drive the go-to-market strategy for B2B financial products, owning everything from email campaigns to product documentation that reaches their commercial teams.
Your Mission
Ship 3-5 campaign assets (emails, guides, video tutorials) that support active product launches
Audit and update product/commercial documentation to align with current digital offerings
Conduct needs interviews with 4-6 sales teams to identify content gaps and priorities
Establish baseline engagement metrics on first marketing collateral you produce
Lead end-to-end content strategy for one major B2B product feature launch (2+ touchpoints)
Build reusable content templates and guidelines that the team uses post-internship
Generate 8+ pieces of marketing collateral with documented performance data
Transition one commercial team to self-serve digital enablement (reducing support requests)
KPIs You'll Own
Content Engagement Rate
Track open rates on emails/newsletters and download rates on guides and tutorials you create.
Sales Enablement Adoption
Measure how many commercial team members actively use the supports you've created.
Time-to-Launch
Track how quickly you can move from brief to final asset across different content types.
Documentation Completeness
Monitor percentage of products with up-to-date commercial and technical documentation.

€1,200-€1,400/month (estimated internship stipend based on Bac+4/5 level in Paris market 2026)

Is This Role For You?
- You're fluent in English and French—you'll work cross-border and need both
- You love writing and can shift tone from technical (guides) to persuasive (sales emails)
- You're comfortable interviewing stakeholders and translating loose briefs into tight briefs
- You want real B2B marketing experience at scale (13K-person org, not a startup)
- You need remote flexibility—this is full on-site in Paris
- You're looking for equity upside or a guaranteed full-time role (it's a 6-month internship)
- You're not detail-oriented; product marketing requires rigor with specs, updates, and version control
