Role Overview
We are looking for a Co-Founder / Strategic Growth Partner who can help take Mentel into important rooms, strategic partnerships, institutional conversations, and growth opportunities.



This role is for people who can contribute beyond ideas.



We are looking for builders, connectors, operators, and strategic thinkers who can help scale Mentel through:



relationships

institutional access



This is not a passive co-founder title.



We want people who can actively contribute to building the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Expansion

Help shape Mentel’s growth strategy

Identify expansion opportunities

Support scaling across universities, organizations, and corporate institutions

Contribute to long-term company direction

Partnerships & Institutional Access

Open doors to universities, organizations, NGOs, companies, healthcare institutions, investors, and strategic partners

Build high-value relationships

Help position Mentel in executive and decision-making environments

Business Development

Support partnership acquisition

Help drive revenue opportunities

Contribute to sponsorships and collaborations

Assist with institutional and enterprise outreach

Brand Representation

Represent Mentel professionally in meetings, conferences, partnerships, and strategic conversations

Strengthen brand credibility and visibility

Contribute to executive presentations and stakeholder engagement

Leadership & Execution

Participate in leadership decisions

Help execute company goals

Contribute ideas, structure, and operational thinking

Support building a high-performance culture
