# Marketing Coordinator

Laurie Finkelstein Reader is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in graphic design, AI-powered marketing tools, content creation, social media management, and marketing operations.

*What You'll Do:*

* Design marketing materials, social media graphics, email campaigns, and presentations using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
* Create engaging content and copy for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital campaigns.
* Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.
* Edit short-form videos and digital content for social media.
* Support agents with marketing requests and branded materials.
* Track marketing performance and assist with reporting and campaign optimization.
* Maintain organized marketing systems, assets, and workflows.
* Administrative tasks

*What We're Looking For:*

* 2+ years of marketing experience.
* Strong graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Experience managing social media platforms and marketing software.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Thrives in a remote team environment and enjoys continuous learning and growth.
