Accountabilities

  • Own and lead the enterprise MarTech and digital marketing strategy as a core driver of pipeline growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Translate executive-level business priorities into multi-year digital roadmaps spanning automation, analytics, and omnichannel engagement.

  • Design and optimize investment across paid, owned, and earned media channels to maximize ROI and improve performance across SEO, SEM, and demand generation.

  • Lead the evolution of digital platforms including websites, portals, email ecosystems, and customer-facing applications to improve conversion and engagement.

  • Integrate CRM, lead management, and marketing automation systems to strengthen funnel performance, improve sales velocity, and reduce leakage.

  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance standards tied directly to pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.

  • Drive continuous innovation by evaluating and deploying emerging MarTech solutions, automation capabilities, and advanced analytics tools.

Requirements This role requires a seasoned digital and MarTech leader with deep expertise in scaling enterprise marketing capabilities and driving measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong analytical capability and a track record of leading cross-functional transformation.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing transformation leadership roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel, omnichannel digital marketing ecosystems.

  • Strong expertise with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and CMS solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution in complex organizations.

  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in performance marketing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
