## Accountabilities:
- 
GTM & Growth Strategy: Develop, execute, and iterate comprehensive go-to-market strategies and growth marketing initiatives to accelerate B2C user acquisition and platform adoption.

- 
Campaign & Content Leadership: Design and manage targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns to champion brand vision, technology value, and creator onboarding.

- 
Growth Marketing & Experimentation: Test, measure, and scale diverse growth tactics, analyzing conversion funnels, user retention metrics, and customer acquisition costs.

- 
Pricing & Conversion Optimization: Evaluate pricing strategies, conversion methods, and user journeys to maximize user engagement, subscriptions, and revenue growth.

- 
Founder Collaboration: Partner directly with company founders and marketing teams to align growth strategies with product roadmaps and broader operational goals.

- 
Community & Creator Advocacy: Engage with creator ecosystems, promoting an ethical audio platform built on licensed data that fairly credits and compensates musicians.

Requirements:

- 
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2C customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategy, preferably within tech, software, or digital media platforms.

- 
Domain & Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of modern audio technologies, generative audio products, or creative digital tools.

- 
Track Record of Growth: Proven history of driving user base expansion, designing multi-channel growth campaigns, and optimizing pricing/conversion frameworks.

- 
Process & Tech Mindset: Proactive advocate for agentic technologies, process automation, and data-driven marketing experimentation.

- 
Travel & Autonomy: Driven, self-motivated professional able to work independently in a remote setting and available for occasional international travel.

- 
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of music rights, publishing, and licensing; B2B marketing experience; or a personal background as a musician, producer, DJ, or content creator.
