# B2B Growth Marketer

## Accountabilities:
The B2B Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing market strategies, executing demand generation programs, and creating scalable growth initiatives that increase brand awareness and enterprise revenue opportunities.

- Build and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across priority industries, managing strategy, messaging, execution, and performance measurement.

- Develop localized marketing programs adapted to Canadian market dynamics, buyer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.

- Create and manage initiatives across account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, events, webinars, partner programs, customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales teams and global marketing stakeholders to align messaging, improve pipeline generation, and support revenue growth.

- Own campaign performance tracking, analyze results, run experiments, and continuously optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.

- Translate local market learnings into actionable recommendations that improve global marketing strategies.

- Establish repeatable marketing processes and growth frameworks that support long-term business expansion.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong understanding of enterprise demand generation, technology markets, and growth strategies. They should be comfortable operating independently, building programs from scratch, and delivering measurable outcomes.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within a high-growth technology company.

- Proven experience creating and scaling marketing programs that generate measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue impact.

- Strong knowledge of the Canadian business landscape, including enterprise buyers, market trends, and marketing channels.

- Experience managing multiple marketing functions, including campaigns, content, events, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited processes and high ownership.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences.

- High standards for quality, creativity, and execution, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful impact.

- Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and evolving market trends.
