*About the Role*

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on *Advisory Product & Growth Lead* to work directly with the Founder of an established North American risk management consulting firm. The firm has strong, specialized expertise in risk advisory, proven methodologies, and an established market presence.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between risk management expertise and commercial execution. You’ll take Founder-led concepts, qualitative risk frameworks, and partially developed advisory offerings, turning them into structured, market-ready solutions. This includes defining scope, delivery models, client deliverables, pricing, and commercial positioning. This is a high-impact position for a professional services expert who knows how to translate technical risk concepts into clear, high-value consulting products.

*Key Responsibilities*

* *Productize Risk Advisory Offerings:* Turn core risk methodologies, diagnostic tools, and Founder ideas into structured advisory products-defining scope, delivery frameworks, client deliverables, and pricing models.
* *Commercial Positioning & Strategy:* Conduct targeted research to validate market demand, sharpen commercial positioning, and translate technical risk insights into compelling client proposals and value propositions.
* *Relationship-Driven Growth:* Support organic pipeline expansion through strategic outreach, referral network development, targeted follow-ups, and ecosystem partnerships.
* *Execution & Project Ownership:* Own the practical, end-to-end steps required to launch and iterate on new offerings, managing timelines from concept to client delivery.
* *Founder Collaboration:* Act as a strategic thought partner to the Founder, translating high-level vision into actionable, commercial go-to-market strategies.

*Qualifications & Requirements*

* *Professional Experience:* 4+ years in risk management consulting, management advisory, or a related expertise-led professional services environment. Direct experience developing or commercializing advisory offerings is strongly preferred.
* *Commercial & Strategic Mindset:* Strong business judgment with the ability to structure complex, qualitative risk frameworks into clear, sellable service packages.
* *Research & Communication Skills:* Exceptional written English skills, capable of producing high-caliber client deliverables, pitch decks, and strategic briefs.
* *Execution Focus:* Strong project ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
* *Time Zone Alignment:* Ability to work full-time during standard North American business hours (9:00 AM, 5:00 PM EST).
* *Language Proficiency:* C1/C2 fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
