# Manager of AI Commerce Growth

*Position Summary*

Ingredients Online is seeking a *Manager of AI Commerce Growth* to oversee the company's buyer and seller growth initiatives. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the full buyer and seller growth funnels while ensuring outsourced marketing, lead generation, and seller sales activities deliver measurable business results.

Although execution may be outsourced, Ingredients Online retains internal ownership of strategy, priorities, budgets, KPIs, data, lead quality, seller quality, conversion, brand standards, ROI, and overall business results.

The purpose of this role is to ensure outsourced activities produce meaningful business outcomes rather than activity reports, while coordinating AI-enabled growth initiatives that improve commercial performance.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Monitor outsourced marketing performance
* Monitor lead generation performance
* Monitor outsourced seller sales performance
* Measure buyer and seller lead quality
* Track conversion at each stage of the buyer and seller funnels
* Measure campaign and outsourcing ROI
* Identify where buyers and sellers are being lost in the funnel
* Improve registration, RFQ, sample, order, repeat-order, and seller conversion
* Coordinate AI-enabled growth initiatives
* Ensure AI tools are adopted and generate measurable commercial value
* Connect marketing and seller acquisition activities to revenue and gross profit

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Experience in marketing, growth strategy, business analytics, digital commerce, or related functions
* Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, lead generation, and conversion optimization
* Experience analyzing data and developing actionable business insights
* Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies that support business growth and operational efficiency
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and analytics or reporting tools

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
