# Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager - Interior Designing and Construction Understanding

We are looking for an Interior Designer / Marketing Manager to support and grow the D&G Construction brand.

The #1 requirement: you MUST genuinely love interiors, construction, remodeling, design, and the transformation process. We want someone excited by projects, materials, spaces, before-and-afters, and storytelling around luxury construction and design.

Requirements:

* Must understand interior design, finishes, materials, layouts, and current design trends
* Must love marketing, branding, and content creation
* Strong organic social media experience and growth strategy
* Ability to build and execute marketing campaigns and content strategy
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Experience using CRM systems, specifically Go High Level (GHL)
* Must be comfortable capturing video/content for stories, reels, project walkthroughs, job sites, and behind-the-scenes content to provide to the editing team
* Organized, proactive, and able to help manage marketing workflows and lead generation efforts
* Must have consistent marketing experience and the ability to execute reliably
* Must be able to write copy.

Role Details:

* Part-time 1099 role
* Approximately 2-3 days per week
* Flexible schedule, but must be consistent and dependable
* Must be comfortable onsite at construction projects and design meetings

Ideal candidate loves luxury interiors, remodeling, custom homes, branding, marketing, and understands how to visually tell the story behind projects and the client experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
