# Junior Marketing Manager

**ADM** · Valencia, Valencia provincia

ADM is seeking a digitally driven Junior Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Health & Wellness business. This role is ideal for a commercially curious marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong interest in digital marketing, social selling, and emerging AI tools.
You will work cross-functionally with commercial, scientific, and product teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth across B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Marketing

Execute digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
Support social media strategy, content planning, and audience targeting
Contribute to social selling initiatives and engagement with B2B audiences
Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry voices
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance content creation, insights, and efficiency
Track campaign performance and optimise based on data-driven insights

Analytics & Market Insights
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance
Build reports and presentations to support commercial decision-making
Support competitive intelligence and identify growth opportunities

Marketing Operations & Projects
Coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing activities
Support development of customer-facing materials and campaigns
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across projects

About You
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong (4+ years) digital marketing and social media experience (B2B and/or B2C)
Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into insights
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Experience or interest in AI tools and digital innovation
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
