# Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

## Accountabilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aimed at increasing qualified leads, pipeline growth, and overall revenue impact.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.

- Manage email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance lead quality, improve handover processes, and drive revenue alignment.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

- Lead webinars, content, and event marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and demand generation goals.

- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths through testing, experimentation, and data-driven improvements.

- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.

- Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing experimentation to maximize ROI and campaign performance.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles.

- Proven success in generating qualified leads and driving measurable pipeline growth in fast-paced environments.

- Strong knowledge of paid media, email marketing, conversion optimization, and funnel performance strategies.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and attribution tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in SaaS, tech, startups, or digital agencies is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and outbound marketing strategies is a strong plus.
