About the Opportunity

Ready to take your CRM career to the next level? We’re partnering with a fast-growing company to find a CRM Manager who’s excited to make a real impact.

This is your chance to step into a highly visible role where you’ll own Email and SMS strategy end to end driving engagement, retention, and revenue across a dynamic D2C, retail, and eCommerce business. If you love blending creativity with data and want to see your work directly influence customer loyalty and growth, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and elevate the Email and SMS marketing calendar across eCommerce, retail, and events
Design and optimize automated flows and lifecycle campaigns that convert
Build CRM strategies focused on retention, personalization, and loyalty
Execute high-impact campaigns
Develop smart customer segments to deliver highly relevant messaging
Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
Analyze performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion
Drive subscriber growth and strengthen retention initiatives
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and insightful reporting dashboards
What They’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing
Background in D2C, retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands is a strong plus
Strong expertise in segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate across teams
Knowledge of marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Comfortable working onsite in NYC
