# Senior Associate – Marketing & Communications (Email Marketing & Automation)

## Accountabilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Build, manage, and optimize automated email journeys, drip campaigns, newsletters, donor communication flows, volunteer engagement campaigns, and event communications.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling, audience-focused email content aligned with campaign objectives.

- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, conversions, and subscriber engagement.

- Use campaign insights to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

- Support communication planning and strategy for volunteering initiatives, donor engagement, events, and organizational announcements.

- Contribute to broader marketing and communications initiatives, including social media campaigns, storytelling projects, and digital outreach.

- Stay informed about emerging trends in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and audience engagement.

- Document campaign learnings, templates, workflows, and best practices to strengthen internal knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, or marketing communications.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience segmentation, and automation workflows.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-relevant content.

- Good understanding of CRM systems, customer journeys, and audience engagement practices.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

- High attention to detail, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

- Previous experience in NGOs, social impact organizations, community engagement, or purpose-driven brands is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
