# Chief Marketing Officer

*Overview*

Lead the marketing vision as Chief Marketing Officer, turning customer insight into clear strategy, strong brand experiences, and measurable business growth. You’ll guide marketing management across digital and traditional channels, align priorities with product and business goals, and build a team that moves quickly from research to execution. Your impact: By connecting data-driven decisions with coordinated campaigns, you’ll help customers discover relevant offerings and help teams focus investment where it can make a difference.

*Responsibilities*

* Set marketing strategy and oversee multichannel marketing, including content, social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), performance marketing, and print advertising.
* Lead demand generation, advertising sales, campaign management, and social media advertising, including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
* Manage marketing, advertising, or public relations teams; set priorities, guide team leadership, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product management and other partners.
* Direct marketing automation implementation and customer relationship management (CRM) system use; oversee content writing, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite workflows.
* Use Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, and broader analytics to evaluate results, manage budgets, and improve marketing project delivery.

*Experience*

* Demonstrated experience in marketing leadership, marketing management, and managing teams across marketing, advertising, or public relations.
* Background in B2B marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, email marketing, and marketing campaign management.
* Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and reporting; able to apply research and data-driven decision making.
* Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing and advertising, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, advertising sales, and print advertising.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, content writing, budgeting, and product management is valuable; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
