# AI Marketing Associate – B2B Creative Marketing

## Requirements:
-  2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools and AI-assisted marketing.

- Understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, automation, and AI-powered marketing platforms.

- Experience creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing and analytics.

- Experience with marketing analytics and interpreting performance data.

- Ability to use AI to improve productivity, creativity, engagement, and lead generation.

- Strong communication, writing and editing skills in English.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to learn new AI platforms quickly and experiment with emerging technologies.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

- B2B marketing experience.

- Experience with AI lead-generation tools.

- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.

- Experience with social media analytics, Zoho CRM, APIs, workflow automation, SEO/SEM, and AI-generated content.
