# Social Media Manager – Startup

This role is focused on launching and scaling the social media presence for a new men’s grooming product. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of building brand awareness and engaging a targeted audience. The position is remote and requires a proactive, creative professional who can independently manage daily operations and drive measurable growth for a startup product in a competitive market.

Deliverables

-  Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy for the new product launch
-  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
-  Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement
-  Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
-  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaign objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and strategy

Requirements

-  Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in grooming, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
-  Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices and content formats
-  Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences organically
-  Excellent written and visual communication skills
-  Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
-  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
-  Creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends and viral content opportunities
Availability to start promptly and commit to the project’s timeline
