Accountabilities
Own and evolve product positioning and messaging for the gym segment, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistent adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, including tiered launch planning, cross-functional readiness, and performance evaluation.
Define and maintain core positioning and messaging architecture for the gym segment
Develop persona-based messaging for SMB and mid-market gym customers
Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product releases and launches
Ensure launch readiness across Product, Sales, CS, and Enablement functions
Build and operationalize competitive intelligence systems that inform GTM strategy
Drive customer adoption and lifecycle communications to improve engagement and retention
Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using market and customer insight
Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team in a player-coach capacity
Requirements 12+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex, multi-audience products. Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
Extensive experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally in sales-led environments
Demonstrated success building positioning and messaging from the ground up
Strong track record of leading product launches and driving adoption outcomes
Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership
Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
Proven people leadership experience, with ability to develop and elevate teams
Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data, win-loss insights, and GTM metrics
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and strategic thinking is a plus
