# Senior Digital Performance & CRM Manager

**Source One Technical Solutions** · Paris, Île-de-France, France

**Compensation: €70,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus**

**Must be fluent in French and English**

- Looking for a Senior Manager Digital Performance & CRM who can build and lead the full acquisition, conversion, CRM, and performance analytics strategy. 
-  The role reports to the AVP Marketing and plays a key part in traffic generation, ticket sales, revenue optimization, and visitor retention. 

**The candidate will be responsible for: **
- The digital acquisition strategy (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.). 
- CRM, marketing automation, and customer knowledge. 
- Conversion optimization and user journeys (CRO). 
- Website and e-commerce/ticketing platform performance. 
- Marketing data management and reporting. 
- Management of specialized agencies and partners. 
- Collaboration with international teams and technology providers. 
- Development of a performance- and measurement-driven culture. 
- Management of 2 people: a Web Manager and a Marketing Coordinator 

**Requirements:**
- Paid digital acquisition 
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) 
- CRM and marketing automation 
- Data & Analytics 
- E-commerce / ticketing performance 
- Management of agencies and external partners 
- Management of significant media budgets 
- Team management 
- Cross-functional project management 

**Ideal Profile:**
- 8 to 10 years of experience. 
- Experienced manager who remains hands-on. 
- Strong business and results orientation. 
- Data-driven and optimization-focused mindset. 
- Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial launch environment. 
- Has already contributed to the growth of a revenue-generating business based on limited inventory or capacity. 
- Highly comfortable in international environments.
