About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will drive business growth by architecting high-impact digital campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition funnels. You will take full ownership of our paid media ecosystem and marketing automation, transforming raw data into actionable strategies that scale lead generation and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
Execute and refine multi-channel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and Google Local Services Ads to drive high-quality lead volume.
Manage end-to-end advertising budgets, focusing on aggressive ROAS improvement and efficient customer acquisition costs.
Design and implement sophisticated email and SMS automation workflows to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously boost conversion rates.
Maintain precise attribution modeling and lead tracking across all digital touchpoints using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Develop comprehensive performance dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing-driven revenue and ROI.
Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead quality and ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity.

Qualifications

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital growth roles.
Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (GLSA).
Proven success in building automated email/SMS nurturing sequences.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic growth initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Background in home services or field-based industry marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like ServiceTitan.
Demonstrated ability to manage substantial monthly advertising budgets.
Experience creating automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders.
