# AI Growth Operator — Replace an Entire Marketing Team With AI

We’re building Tickitin.AI, an AI-powered social coordination and experiences platform combining ticketing, nightlife, dining, travel, and group planning into one ecosystem.



We are NOT looking for a traditional marketing manager.



We want a technical growth operator obsessed with AI systems, automation, creative generation, ad scaling, and rapid experimentation.



Someone who can produce the output of:




 a media buyer

 a creative strategist

 a copywriter

 a UGC team

 a performance agency

 and a data analyst



because they know how to weaponize AI.


What You’ll Do

Scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, and Reddit

Generate ad creatives, hooks, UGC concepts, and test variants using AI

Build automated growth systems instead of manual marketing workflows

Launch and iterate campaigns rapidly

Analyze performance data and improve ROAS

Create viral, performance-driven creative concepts

Build AI-powered acquisition systems from scratch


Tools You May Already Use
ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Arcads, ElevenLabs, Cursor, automation stacks, scraping systems, AI editing pipelines, custom GPT workflows, and other emerging AI tools.

You obsess over AI workflows

You understand internet culture and virality

You know how to create ads that stop scrolling

You can automate processes yourself

You think like an operator/hacker, not a corporate marketer

Massive Plus

Experience scaling startups or consumer products

Experience with Gen Z consumer apps

Experience using AI-generated UGC at scale

Experience building automated ad systems

Experience with viral loops, referral systems, or growth mechanics

Strong creative taste and instincts
