Renaissance Marine Group is comprised of two brands: Duckworth and Weldcraft. These brands are distributed through approximately 40 independent brand dealers located in the Western US states, Western Canada, and the Great Lakes region of the US. Our products are designed and built in our 75,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art welded aluminum boat factory using 3-D modeling software. We're seeking an experienced *Marketing Manager* based in Clarkston, Washington who is ready to elevate our brands, strengthen market presence, and support sales growth. Our ideal candidate is personable, engaging and highly skilled at branding, content development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement. *ACTIVITIES YOU'LL GET TO DO:* * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies * Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and boat show marketing * Manage and strengthen the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands * Develop, create, edit, and publish marketing content across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, video channels, and other digital platforms. * Create sales collateral, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials * Conduct market research and competitive analysis * Track and evaluate marketing performance and ROI * Support dealer meetings, brand ambassadors, customer events, and promotional activities with marketing materials and presentations * Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and dealer network to support sales initiatives, lead generation, and marketing content from brand ambassadors *QUALIFICATIONS:* * 5-10+ years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience * Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns * Strong project management, communication, writing, and vendor management skills * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred * Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Ability to travel periodically *MUST HAVES THAT MAKE YOU GREAT:* * Strong creative and strategic marketing mindset * Excellent communication and presentation skills * You have the ability to create compelling brand experiences. * You have experience in and/or a passion for production and manufacturing. * Enthusiastic, energetic, and love a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. * Strategic thinker with ability to execute * High integrity and accountability * Organized with strong time management skills *WE OFFER:* * Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Profit Sharing, EAP, etc. * Competitive salary based on experience.
