# Influencer Marketing Manager

We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to support a team within a leading retail company. This temp role is based on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to lead creator and influencer operations, develop strategic partnerships, and foster a content-to-commerce ecosystem.

Influencer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for creator and influencer channels, including strategy formulation, communication, and activation processes.
Develop and execute brand safety, customer care, and marketing procedures to deliver premium service to creators.
Analyze and forecast the economics of creator efforts, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Identify potential risks to brand reputation and implement preventative measures proactively.
Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and explore opportunities for mutual growth.

Influencer Marketing Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, advertising, digital marketing, operations, or e-commerce retail.
Proven industry relationships and experience collaborating with marketing and business leaders across media, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with partners and team members.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of designing scalable processes.
A proactive builder mentality with experience developing programs independently and creating strategic frameworks.
