# Digital Marketing Strategy - Sales Focus

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a strategic marketer with a strong sales-driven mindset to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives focused on revenue growth. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution in email marketing, sales funnel creation, and content campaigns tailored to convert.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns, including email drips, reminders, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Create persuasive and conversion-driven content across channels (email, landing pages, ads, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging and enhance funnel performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Leverage tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and other CRM/automation platforms.

Requirements

- Proven experience in strategic marketing with a sales focus, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Deep understanding of email marketing strategies, including A/B testing, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills for sales-focused messaging and content.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), professional grammar and tone are a must.
Experience working with KPIs like CTR, open rate, conversion rate, ROI.

Nice To Have

- Spanish language proficiency.
Familiarity with SEO for sales copy, content automation, and audience segmentation.
