This is a role where you will have your hands on the steering wheel of our audience growth, driving new readership and premium membership for our Southeast Georgia media companies. *What You’ll Do*

* *Master the Conversion Funnel:* Help turn casual readers into obsessed fans. You'll help manage our subscriber email campaigns, newsletters and build strategies to turn subscribers into premium members.
* *Drive Audience Growth:* Learn the ins and outs of traffic generation. You'll assist with SEO, run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google), and get our content featured on major aggregator sites.
* *Own Social Media Spaces:* Take our top-tier, long-form content and reshape it into viral-ready short-form formats (X/Twitter threads, IG Reels, TikToks). You’ll be the voice engaging with our community.
* *Become a Data Whiz:* Dive deep into spreadsheets and analytics dashboards. You’ll track key metrics (CTR & CPM), run A/B tests on marketing campaigns and work with editorial team to determine exactly what’s working.
