# Organic Growth Analyst

## Accountabilities
- Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B software clients.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, and backlink research to identify growth opportunities.

- Build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.

- Monitor client performance data, identify actionable insights, and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support measurable business outcomes.

- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, research initiatives, and innovation projects.

- Collaborate with strategy and content teams while supporting client meetings and ongoing communications.

- Continuously develop new skills and contribute to improving internal processes and best practices.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field, or a strong desire to build a career in organic growth.

- Basic experience with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Eagerness to learn quickly, apply feedback, and continuously develop professionally.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, high-performance environment.

- Availability to overlap at least five working hours with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
