# Growth Marketer, Lead Generation

## Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy across web, email, paid social, Google Ads, and other relevant channels, including campaign development, quality assurance, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.

- Co-own in-product lead generation initiatives, including the development and optimization of banners, interstitials, and other conversion experiences.

- Manage key components of the marketing technology stack, including website and content-management platforms, while ensuring campaigns and landing pages function effectively.

- Develop targeted regional and data-driven outreach strategies using district and product usage signals to identify high-potential prospects.

- Build usage-based campaigns that respond to meaningful conversion signals and move engaged schools and districts toward sales conversations.

- Establish and evolve SEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility among educators and district leaders across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines.

- Translate competitor intelligence into comparison pages, targeted email campaigns, and other prospect-facing assets that strengthen conversion efforts.

- Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Retention, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to develop coordinated lead-generation campaigns and improve the transition from free-user engagement to paid opportunities.

- Collaborate on conference and regional initiatives designed to generate qualified leads and expand market reach.

- Work with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, including forms, lead scoring, workflows, lists, and routing, supports campaign goals.

- Establish lead targets and regularly analyze performance across web traffic, email, paid media, social channels, organic search, and AI-search visibility.

- Apply a continuous experimentation mindset, identifying successful approaches, retiring underperforming initiatives, and testing new channels, messages, and conversion strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required.

- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related discipline.

- Demonstrated ability to use data and product-usage signals to identify conversion opportunities and influence pipeline generation is strongly preferred.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other digital advertising platforms.

- Experience with Webflow or a comparable website and landing-page development platform.

- Experience using analytics platforms such as PostHog and Looker, or comparable tools.

- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with emerging AEO and AI-search concepts is preferred.

- Experience building and interpreting spreadsheet-based reports, including data exports from usage and CRM platforms.

- Experience creating competitor-facing content such as comparison pages and competitive email campaigns is a plus.

- Familiarity with LLM tools is preferred, with experience using Claude particularly valuable.

- Comfortable learning and using tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable campaigns and decisions.

- Builder's mindset with enthusiasm for creating new marketing motions rather than simply maintaining established programs.

- Strong bias toward action, experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

- Excellent attention to detail, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and support additional projects when needed.

- Must be based in the United States.

- Comfortable working primarily at a desk and computer for extended periods.
