Now we’re looking to bring in a co-founder to own growth and go-to-market.



What you'd be responsible for



• Positioning HumanMetrix in the HRTech / AI talent intelligence space

• Building early distribution channels

• Partnerships with HR leaders and organisations

• Founder-led growth experiments

• Developing repeatable acquisition loops



This is ground-floor build work, not just marketing execution.



Who this might suit



Someone who:



• Has helped scale a SaaS or B2B product before

• Understands early-stage growth and distribution

• Enjoys building things from zero

• Is comfortable operating without a playbook
