# Marketing Director

*Marketing Director, Remote*

AI Matix is seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, brand growth, and marketing team.

We want someone who brings ideas, not someone who waits for instructions. You should understand the U.S. market, think outside the box, and turn creative ideas into organized strategies that drive results.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and lead overall marketing strategy
* Manage, organize, and lead the marketing team
* Create innovative campaigns and growth strategies
* Oversee social media, content, branding, funnels, and digital marketing
* Collaborate with our paid advertising team
* Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve creativity and efficiency
* Track performance and identify new growth opportunities

*Requirements*

* 5+ years of marketing experience
* *Proven experience managing and leading a team, REQUIRED*
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong understanding of the U.S. market and American consumers
* Creative, proactive, organized, and strategic
* Experience with branding, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and paid media
* Experience with AI marketing/creative tools
* Technology, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or real estate experience is a plus

*Position*
Full-Time | 100% Remote
40 hours per week
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
