* High work ethic and disciplined execution
* Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, workflows, and automations for real estate professionals
* Train with your team and seek constant feedback
* Manage technical setups, pipelines, and track key performance metrics within GHL
* Be a proactive team player

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience with GoHighLevel, building complex automations, and digital marketing (Real Estate experience is a massive plus)
* Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
* Open to learning new processes and strategies
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
