*ABOUT ZENET*

ZENET is a boutique BPO based in Medellín that connects Colombian professionals with companies in the United States. Our people work full-time and dedicated to a single client, as an integral part of that client’s team.

*THE ROLE*

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to take full ownership of its brand visibility, content and digital presence across both lines of business.

This is not a coordinator role. You set the direction and do the work, content, design and copy, with full ownership of the outcome. You will report directly to the company’s leadership team.

*WHAT YOU’LL OWN*

* Brand visibility and positioning across the company.
* Daily content and posting cadence on the core channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Website updates and SEO-driven blog content and articles (SEO fundamentals are a plus, not a requirement, you’ll be coached).
* Lower-frequency secondary social accounts for specific real estate ventures and brands as they launch.
* Marketing brochures and capabilities collateral, tailored per client and turned around fast for business development meetings.
* Digital and event marketing execution, and the metrics that track all of the above.
* Business development support as needed (client research, outreach emails). You’re a team player, not a title purist.

*WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT*

* A portfolio that shows a real, distinct creative voice, not templated, not generic, not “obviously AI.”
* Fluent with AI tools to speed up production (content, graphics), while the ideas and creative direction remain yours.
* Self-directed. You don’t need daily instructions: you understand the mission and fill the gaps yourself.
* High energy and outgoing, especially on LinkedIn, you’ll build real connections with target buyers, not just post.
* A strong writer. Nothing you publish should read like it came out of a chatbot.
* Comfortable wearing more than one hat and happy to step into admin or business development support when needed.

*REQUIREMENTS*

* At least 4 years of experience in marketing, content or brand roles.
* Hands-on experience with Adobe, Canva or other graphic design software.
* Advanced English (C1), with professional-level writing.
* A portfolio of your own work (required to apply).
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field.
* Nice to have: SEO fundamentals; B2B marketing experience; experience in construction or real estate.

*HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED, WEEKLY SCORECARD*

* Content pieces published across the company’s platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and the website blog.
* Brochure and collateral requests fulfilled against a same-week turnaround standard.
* Website organic traffic and search impressions, trending up.
* Engagement rate and follower growth across LinkedIn and Instagram combined.
* Business development content actually used in a live pursuit or client conversation.
