# Creative Social Media Manager & Content Producer

## Accountabilities:
You’ll manage the day-to-day social content operation, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, on-brand content while using performance insights to continuously improve results.

- Build weekly content calendars around product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and relevant social trends.

- Develop creative concepts for short-form videos and produce edited Reels and other social formats.

- Write compelling hooks, captions, and story scripts in clear, polished English.

- Repurpose existing content across different formats and platforms to maximize its value.

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok, with Pinterest support when relevant.

- Manage community engagement and maintain an active, consistent social presence.

- Track weekly content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.

- Deliver a weekly performance recap with recommendations and adjustments for the following week.

- Consistently deliver approximately 4-6 short-form videos, 6-10 stories, and 2-4 static posts or carousels per week.

Requirements:

You’ll bring strong creative instincts, hands-on social media experience, and the ability to consistently produce polished content that fits a premium retail and interiors aesthetic.

- Established portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and social content creation skills.

- Strong visual taste and an understanding of premium retail, interiors, and lifestyle aesthetics.

- Ability to create content using stock assets and provided footage, as well as source suitable UGC-style clips.

- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.

- Strong written English for captions, hooks, scripts, and other social copy.

- Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts, with an understanding of posting cadence, engagement, and growth metrics.

- Reliable and organized approach to meeting weekly content deadlines.

- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment while maintaining consistent communication.

- Availability for 2-3 meetings per week with some Pacific Time overlap.

- A strong portfolio and examples of relevant social media work are required.
