# Marketing Specialist | Employer Branding

**Grupo COS (Customer Operation Success)** · Bogotá, Cundinamarca

We are looking for a *Marketing Specialist* to join our team and lead initiatives focused on *digital marketing, employer branding, content creation, and talent attraction*.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage corporate social media and digital communication channels.
* Develop and execute *employer branding and talent attraction campaigns*.
* Create engaging graphic, audiovisual, and written content.
* Support internal communications and corporate events.
* Coordinate content production, photography sessions, and external marketing providers.
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Work closely with *Talent Acquisition* to strengthen candidate attraction.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
* Follow information security policies and protect company and client information.
* Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in *Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or a related field*.
* *2+ years of experience* in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
* *Certified B2+ / C1 English level*.
* Strong communication, creativity, organization, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
